Stock Plans will ship within 2 business days after order is placed.

All sales are final. Once plans are mailed refunds will not be made.

Customized Plans go through a design and review process. We will ship a review set for you to mark your changes and send back. A draft set of customized house plans will be mailed to you. If you find a mistake when your revised plans are received we will fix at no additional cost and re-send your order.

Policy for Modifications and Custom House Plans
The price increases to customize stock plans should cover most of the changes you may require. HousePlan DesignWorks Inc reserves the right to increase the charges if changes are excessive. You will have the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund less $100 for the review set prior to any work being done.

If you are local to the greater Charlotte NC area, I will schedule a meeting with you. During this meeting we will discuss where you are building at, how large of a home you need, the room details, and how you want the out side to look. You will be given a estimated cost for the plans during this process. If you are comfortable with the cost and want to proceed, I will draw a preliminary set of plans. We will meet again to discuss any changes you may want. This process will continue until you are completely satisified. You will then get 5 sets of drawings for construction. Every effort is taken to make sure the final plans are exactly what you want.

Builders that wish to build a plan more than once will get a 50% price reduction for additional plan sets to be built on another lot. Call to get this discounted rate.
